Status and Development of Integrated Die-casting Technology
Integrated die casting has been successfully applied in the manufacturing of new energy vehicles,leading the manufacturing revolution in the automotive industry in terms of component performance,production efficiency and manufacturing cost.The key aspects of integrated die casting were analyzed,including integrated design,heat-free alu-minum alloy,casting technology,machining technology,assembly technology,and testing technology.The current application status of integrated die casting in the automotive field was introduced,and the relevant technical problems were reviewed.
