固溶处理对1070A/2024铸轧复合板界面组织性能影响

研究了不同固溶工艺对1070A/2024铸轧复合板材组织和性能的影响,采用金相和扫描电镜及能谱分析对复合板材进行组织观察和分析,通过拉伸和剪切试验对复合板材进行性能测试.结果表明,固溶处理后,界面组织中主要相为Al2Cu,复合板材最佳的热处理工艺为:360 ℃×2 h退火+495 ℃×1 h固溶,此时复合板材剪切强度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为147.83 MPa、321.41 MPa、373.92 MPa和 28.34%.
Effects of Solution Treatment on Interfacial Microstructure and Properties of 1070A/2024 Rolled Composite Plate
Effects of different solution processes on microstructure and properties of 1070A/2024 cast and rolled com-posite plates were investigated.The microstructure of plates was observed and analyzed by metallographic and scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,and the performance tests were carried out by tensile and shearing test.The results indicate that the structure is dominated by Al2Cu after solution treatment,and the optimal heat treat-ment process is annealing at 360 ℃ for 2 h+solid solution at 495 ℃ for 1 h,where the shear strength,tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the composite plate are 147.83 MPa,321.41 MPa,373.92 MPa and 28.34%,respectively.
