铝合金柱塞油泵壳体铸造缺陷分析及优化改进

针对铝合金柱塞油泵铸件在生产过程中经常出现缩松和气孔等铸造缺陷的问题,结合铸件的结构特点,分析了缺陷产生的原因,优化改进了铸造工艺方案并采用AnyCasting软件进行了数值模拟分析.结果表明,优化改进的柱塞泵壳体铸造工艺方案完全解决了铸件的缩松、气孔等铸造缺陷,所生产的铸件完全满足品质要求.
Defect Analysis and Optimization of Aluminum Alloy Plunger Pump Shell
In view of casting defects of aluminum alloy plunger pump castings that often occur during production pro-cess,such as shrinkage porosities and holes,the origination of defects was analyzed according to the structural charac-teristics of castings.The casting process was optimized and numerically simulated by AnyCasting software.The results indicate that the casting defects can be totally solved by the optimized scheme for piston pump shell,and produced cast-ings can meet quality requirement.
