摘要

废弃型壳的数量伴随着熔模铸造的发展逐渐增多,其再生利用及相关环保问题受到广泛关注.介绍了废弃型壳回用和再生处理技术及再生砂的质量控制,综述了废弃型壳作为原材料在熔模铸造、建筑、耐火制品和复相材料等方面的再利用技术进展,并对未来发展作出展望.

Abstract

The quantities of waste mold shell are gradually increasing with the development of investment casting,and the reclaiming and recycling as well as related environmental issues are widely concerned.The reclaiming and recycling treatment techniques of waste mold shell and quality control of recycled sand were introduced.The recycling technol-ogy progress of waste mold shell as raw materials in investment casting,building materials,refractory products,and composite materials were reviewed,and future development was prospected.
