摘要
IgG4 相关硬化性胆管炎(IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis,IgG4-SC)为IgG4 相关性疾病累及胆管,以梗阻性黄疸为主要表现,伴腹痛及体质量减轻.该病发病率低,缺乏特异性临床表现,且无诊断金标准,常被误诊、漏诊.本文对 1 例 IgG4-SC患者的诊治经过报道如下.
Abstract
IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis(IgG4-SC)is an IgG4-related disease involving the bile duct,with obstructive jaun-dice as the main manifestation,accompanied by abdominal pain and weight loss.The incidence rate of the disease is low.The disease lacks specific clinical manifestations,and there is no gold standard for diagnosis.This article reported the diagnosis and treatment of IgG4-SC.
