TRP通道与炎症性肠病内脏高敏感相关研究进展

炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是临床常见的慢性、复发性炎症性疾病,其主要特点是肠道弥漫性炎症和内脏敏感性改变,且病因及发病机制复杂.瞬时受体电位(transient receptor potential,TRP)通道于胃肠道分布广泛,作为多种刺激的检测器、效应器和信号转导器参与调控 IBD 肠道炎症和内脏高敏感(visceral hypersensitivity,VHS),并对其产生促进或抑制作用.本文就已知主要的 TRP 通道与 IBD中 VHS的相关研究进展作一综述.
Research advances related to TRP channels and visceral hypersensitivity in inflam-matory bowel disease
Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a common clinical chronic and recurrent inflammatory disease,which is mainly characterized by diffuse intestinal inflammation and visceral sensitivity changes,and has a complex path-ogenesis and etiology.Transient receptor potential(TRP)channel is widely distributed in the gastrointestinal tract,as a multiple stimulus detector,effectors and signal transducers involved in regulating intestinal inflammation and visceral hy-persensitivity(VHS)and promoting or inhibiting it.This review summarized the progress of known major TRP channels and VHS in IBD.
