摘要
自身免疫性肝炎(autoimmune hepatitis,AIH)是一种典型的自身免疫介导的肝脏疾病,大多数患者起病隐匿,无特定的临床表现,且检出率呈逐年上升趋势.其发病机制与 T淋巴细胞介导的免疫调节紊乱,尤其是 Treg/Th17 失衡密切相关.AIH好发于围绝经期女性,性激素在免疫反应中起重要作用,其可通过影响免疫细胞的表达进而引起 AIH 的发生、发展.本文就性激素和Treg/Th17 失衡在 AIH中的作用及研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)is a typical autoimmune-mediated liver disease.Most patients have insidi-ous onset without specific clinical manifestations,and the detection rate is increasing year by year.Its mechanism is re-lated to the immune regulation disorder mediated by T lymphocytes,especially the imbalance of Treg/Th17.AIH occurs mostly in perimenopausal women.Sex hormones play an important role in the immune response by affecting the expres-sion of immune cells,which can lead to the development and progression of AIH.In this paper,we briefly reviewed the role and research progress of sex hormones and Treg/Th17 imbalance in AIH.
