摘要
上消化道腺肌瘤属临床少见病,且极易误诊.本文通过回顾我院内镜下诊治的 1 例食管腺肌瘤病例,结合文献探讨其临床和内镜下表现、病理特点及治疗方法等,以期提高临床医师对本病的认识.
Abstract
Adenomyoma of the upper gastrointestinal tract is a rare clinical disease that is easily misdiagnosed.This article reviewed a case of esophageal adenomyoma treated under endoscopy in our hospital,and combined literature to explore its clinical and endoscopic manifestations,pathological characteristics and treatment methods,in order to improve the understanding of this disease among clinical physicians.
