摘要
直肠神经内分泌肿瘤(rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms,R-NENs)是一类异质性肿瘤,发病率逐渐上升.对于早期无转移肿瘤,多采用内镜下切除治疗,由于多数 R-NENs呈浸润性生长,累及黏膜下深层组织,传统内镜下黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal re-section,EMR)、内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)的疗效及安全性不尽如人意,因此多种改良 EMR(modified EMR,m-EMR)用于治疗 R-NENs,本文就m-EMR在R-NENs治疗中的应用作一综述,为R-NENs有效、规范的内镜下治疗提供思路.
Abstract
Rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms(R-NENs)are a heterogeneous group of tumors with increasing inci-dence.For neoplasms without early metastasis,endoscopic resection is often used.Because most R-NENs grow in inva-sive and involve deep submucosal tissues.The efficacy and safety of traditional endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)are not satisfactory,so a variety of modified EMR(m-EMR)methods are used to treat the R-NENs.This article reviewed the advances of m-EMR in the treatment of R-NENs,so as to provide ideas for effective and standardized endoscopic treatment of R-NENs.
