摘要
随着国内外学者近几年对脂肪胰(胰腺脂肪浸润)的关注度越来越高,目前已有研究证实脂肪胰与 2 型糖尿病、脂肪肝、胰腺癌、胰腺炎等有密切关系,因此,早期诊断脂肪胰并做出干预有积极作用,组织活检是一项有创检查,无法在临床上常规开展,目前临床上诊断脂肪胰应用最多的是影像学检查,也有学者提出超声内镜是观察胰腺最好的方式,本文将总结临床上影像学与超声内镜诊断脂肪胰的研究进展.
Abstract
Domestic and foreign scholars pay more and more attention to the fatty pancreas(pancreatic fat infiltra-tion)in recent years,some studies have confirmed that the fatty pancreas is closely related to type 2 diabetes,fatty liver,and pancreatic cancer.Therefore,early diagnosis of fatty pancreas and intervention will play a positive role in these dis-eases.A biopsy is an invasive examination and can not be carried out routinely in the clinic.At present,the most com-mon application for diagnosing fatty pancreas in clinical practice is imaging examination,and some scholars have pro-posed that ultrasound endoscopy is the best way to observe the pancreas.This paper summarized the research progress of imaging and endoscopic ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of the fatty pancreas.
