Application value of magnetic control robot capsule endoscopy in the diagnosis of drug-related small intestinal mucosal injury
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic control robot capsule endoscopy(MCRCE)in drug-related small intestinal mucosal injury. Methods A total of 119 patients who underwent MCRCE at our hospital from Sep.2021 to Dec.2021 were enrolled in this study.Patients'medical histories and histories of cardiovascular medication intake were collected.Based on their medication status, patients were divided into non-medicated group and medicated group.Relevant information for both groups was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using t-test and x2 test with GraphPad Prism 8.0.1 software. Results Significant statistical differences were observed between the two groups in terms of age,the detection rate of intestinal mucosal lesions, and the number of lesions(P<0.0001).Howev-er,no statistical differences were found regarding gender,BMI,H.pylori infection, and dietary habits(P>0.05).Conclusion The intake of anticoagulants and antihypertensive drugs can cause intestinal mucosal injury and is more likely to result in multiple injuries.MCRCE has demonstrated good diagnostic value for intestinal mucosal injury.
