Progress in the pathogenesis and treatment of metabolic associated fatty liver disease
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a very common chronic liver disease that has been renamed metabolic associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).In recent years,the incidence of MAFLD has gradually increased,and the burden on the medical system has continued to increase.Currrently,there is no specific treatment for MAFLD.This study outlined the relevant mechanisms used to affect the pathogenesis of MAFLD,summarized the current progress in the treatment of MAFLD,which provided a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of MAFLD.
