摘要
临床工作中我们观察到在许多急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)患者的病程中会出现甲状腺功能减退症,机体内甲状腺激素水平的变化或许会对AP严重程度、病程、治疗及预后产生影响.本文就AP病程中出现的甲状腺功能减退症作一综述.
Abstract
In clinical work,we have observed that hypothyroidism occurs in many patients with acute pancreatitis(AP)during the course of the disease.Changes in the level of thyroid hormone may have influence on the severity,course,treat-ment and prognosis of AP.This article provided a review on hypothyroidism that occurs during the course of AP.
