The effect of sterilization treatment on endoscopic manifestations of gastric antral early cancer:one case report
Under the condition of H.pylori active infection, the background of heavy inflammation of the gastric mucosa interferes with the endoscopic identification of the morphology, color and scope of the lesions in early gastric cancer, and also affects the identification of the le-sion microstructure and microvascular atypia under amplification endoscopy, which increases the difficulty in the diagnosis of the lesion nature and even leads to missed diagnosis. For suspicious lesions detected before sterilization, successful sterilization treatment can significantly re-duce the background of mucosal inflammation, increase the accuracy of discriminating lesion color, range, shape, surface microstructure and microvessels under endoscopy, and improve the diagnostic accuracy of early gastric cancer. This paper reported the endoscopic characteristics of one case of early gastric antral early cancer before and after sterilization treatment.
