摘要
通过介绍1例罕见的优思明所致缺血性肠病患者的诊疗情况,增加临床医师对口服避孕药不良反应的认识,提醒临床医师加强对口服避孕药女性的宣教及接诊女性肠病患者时对用药史的关注.
Abstract
By introducing the diagnosis and treatment of a rare case of ischemic bowel disease caused by Yasmin,the case report aimed to increase clinicians'awareness of the adverse reactions of oral contraceptives,and remind clinicians to strengthen the education of women with oral contraceptives consumption and pay attention to the history of medication when treating women with intestinal disease.
