摘要
目的 通过研究不同危险度胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST)中 P21 活化激酶 4(P21-activated kinase 4,PAK4)的表达量,探讨 PAK4 与 GIST危险度的关系.方法 选取 2020 年 10 月至 2021 年 4 月秦皇岛市第一医院病理诊断为 GIST患者 24 例,根据共识将患者分为高危组、中危组、低危组,通过病理切片来确定不同危险度组的PAK4 的表达量,并根据Callow计算方法对不同危险度组进行评分.结果 PAK4 随着 GIST 危险度增加表达升高,并且与正常对照组织及瘤旁组织相比,GIST 中的PAK4 表达量升高.结论 PAK4 表达量与 GIST危险度相关,并且随着危险度升高,表达量也升高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between P21-activated kinase 4(PAK4)and the risk of gastroin-testinal stromal tumor(GIST),and to study the expression of PAK4 in GIST with different risk grade.Methods From Oct.2020 to Apr.2021,24 inpatients with GIST in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao were selected.According to the risk grading evaluation method,the patients were divided into high-risk group,medium-risk group and low-risk group.The expressions of PAK4 in different risk groups were determined by pathological sections,and according to Callow cal-culation method.Results The expression PAK4 increased with the risk escalation of GIST,and the expression of PAK4 in GIST was higher than that in normal control tissues and adjacent tissues.Conclusion The expression level of PAK4 is related to the risk of GIST,and the expression level increases with the increase of the risk.
