Effect of Weifuchun capsule combined with dual therapy on eradication of Helico-bacter pylori
Objective To observe the efficacy of Weifuchun capsule combined with dual therapy on the eradication of H.pylori.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with H.pylori infection who were admitted to the clinic from Jan.2017 to Jan.2021 and failed to eradicate H.pylori for the first time were randomly divided into three groups:quadruple therapy group(50 cases were included and treated with quadruple therapy),dual therapy group(50 cases were includ-ed and treated with dual therapy),Weifuchun capsule combined with dual therapy group(50 cases were included and treated with Weifuchun capsule+dual therapy).The levels of inflammatory factors,symptom scores,gastrin 17,recur-rence rate and H.pylori eradication rate between groups were evaluated.Results After 14 days of treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,symptom scores and gastrin 17 in quadruple therapy group and Weifuchun capsule combined with dual therapy group were better than those in dual therapy group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors,symptom scores and gastrin 17 between quadruple therapy group and Weifuchun capsule combined with dual therapy group(P>0.05).After one month follow-up,the recurrence rate of quadruple ther-apy group and Weifuchun capsule combined with dual therapy group was lower than that of dual therapy group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between quadruple therapy group and Weifuchun capsule combined with dual ther-apy group(P>0.05).The 13 C breath test was rechecked 28 days after drug withdrawal in the 3 groups.The results showed that the H.pylori eradication rate in quadruple therapy group and Weifuchun capsule combined with dual therapy group was higher than that in dual therapy group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in H.pylori eradi-cation rate between quadruple therapy group and Weifuchun capsule combined with dual therapy group(P>0.05).Conclusion Weifuchun capsule combined with dual therapy has a good effect on the eradication of H.pylori,which is worthy of popularization.
