肠道菌群失调与结直肠腺瘤发生机制的研究进展

摘要
结直肠腺瘤是结直肠癌的癌前病变,肠道菌群失衡被证实参与了结直肠腺瘤的发生、发展.探索参与结直肠腺瘤发生发展过程中的细菌并研究发病机制,通过补充益生菌的方法调节肠道菌群从而达到治疗乃至预防结直肠腺瘤复发是目前研究的策略.本文就结直肠腺瘤与肠道菌群的相关发生机制和益生菌治疗结直肠腺瘤的研究现状作一概述.
Abstract
Colorectal adenoma is a precancerous lesion of colorectal cancer,and the imbalance of intestinal flora has been shown to be involved in the development of colorectal adenoma.Exploring the bacteria involved in the development of colorectal adenoma and studying the pathogenesis,regulating the intestinal flora by supplementing probiotics to achieve treatment and even prevention of colorectal adenoma recurrence are the current research strategies.This article reviewed the mechanisms of colorectal adenoma and intestinal flora and the current status of research on probiotics in the treatment of colorectal adenoma.
