摘要
胰腺癌具有高度恶性,而在新发糖尿病人群中进行胰腺癌筛查有望降低散发胰腺癌患者的死亡率.本文就糖尿病与胰腺癌的双向因果机制、早期发现胰腺癌的策略以及筛查方式等方面进行综述,为新发糖尿病患者胰腺癌的筛查提供理论参考依据.
Abstract
Pancreatic cancer is highly malignant,and screening for pancreatic cancer in the new-onset diabetes is expected to reduce mortality in patients with sporadic pancreatic cancer.This paper reviewed the bi-directional associa-tion between diabetes and pancreatic cancer,strategies for early detection of pancreatic cancer and screening methods,and provided theoretical reference for screening of pancreatic cancer in patients with new-onset diabetes.
