维生素在肝癌治疗中的新作用

摘要
肝癌是全球范围内肿瘤死亡率中排名第四位的恶性肿瘤,同时肝癌常因出现症状时已经发展到晚期而治疗困难.目前用于治疗肝癌的临床靶向药物如索拉菲尼、培美曲塞等,虽然一定程度上起到治疗肝癌效果,但这些药物往往具有高血压、呕吐、骨髓抑制等不良反应,因此开发新药提高肝癌治疗效果至关重要.维生素作为人体必需的微量补充剂,近年来对于其非传统功能进行了广泛的研究,而维生素对于肝癌的治疗目前尚无深入报道,本文就肝癌及维生素研究现状作一概述,提出维生素用于治疗肝癌的应用前景.
Abstract
Liver cancer is the fourth leading cause of malignant tumor-related deaths globally.It often presents with symptoms in advanced stages,making treatment difficult.Currently,clinical targeted drugs used for treating liver cancer including Sorafenib,Pembrolizumab,etc.Although these drugs have some effect on treating liver cancer,they often come with side effects such as hypertension,vomiting,and bone marrow suppression.Therefore,developing new drugs to improve the treatment of liver cancer is crucial.Vitamins,as essential micronutrient supplements for the human body,have been widely researched for their non-traditional functions in recent years.However,there is currently limited in-depth reporting on the use of vitamins for the treatment of liver cancer.This article provided an overview of the current re-search status of liver cancer and vitamins,and proposed the application prospects of using vitamins for the treatment of it.
