Research of RNA m7G methylation modification in digestive system tumors
N7-methylguanosine(m7G)modification is one of the prevalent forms of posttranscriptional regulation and has become a focal point of epigenetic research in recent years.Widely present in eukaryotes,m7G modification plays a crucial role in regulating numerous biological functions.Recent studies have demonstrated that m7G modification is asso-ciated with the progression of various malignancies. This review explored the molecular mechanisms governed by m7G modifications and highlighted their critical roles in the development of digestive system tumors.
