摘要
N7-甲基鸟嘌呤(N7-methylguanosine,m7G)修饰是转录后调控中常见的碱基修饰形式之一,也是近年来表观遗传修饰研究的热点.m7G修饰广泛存在于真核生物中,参与调控多种生物学功能.越来越多的证据表明,m7G修饰与多种恶性肿瘤的进展密切相关,本文主要概述了 RNA m7G修饰及其调控分子在消化系统肿瘤中的作用.
Abstract
N7-methylguanosine(m7G)modification is one of the prevalent forms of posttranscriptional regulation and has become a focal point of epigenetic research in recent years.Widely present in eukaryotes,m7G modification plays a crucial role in regulating numerous biological functions.Recent studies have demonstrated that m7G modification is asso-ciated with the progression of various malignancies.This review explored the molecular mechanisms governed by m7G modifications and highlighted their critical roles in the development of digestive system tumors.
