摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种累及结直肠黏膜及黏膜下层为主的慢性炎症性肠道疾病,近年来其发病率呈上升趋势.核因子红细胞2相关因子2(nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2,Nrf2)作为调节抗氧化应激的关键转录因子,在诱导机体的抗氧化应激及抑制炎症反应中发挥着重要作用.多项研究证实,Nrf2通路参与维持肠道的正常功能、UC的发生发展及与UC相关的肠道纤维化和癌变;同时,以Nrf2信号通路为靶点的治疗药物被广泛研究.本文就Nrf2信号通路在UC中的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease that primarily affects the mucosa and sub-mucosa of the colon,and its incidence has been on the rise in recent years.Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2),a key transcription factor regulating antioxidant stress,plays an important role in inducing anti-oxidative stress and suppressing inflammatory responses in the body.Multiple studies have confirmed that the Nrf2 pathway is involved in maintaining the normal function of the intestine,the occurrence and development of UC,and intestinal fibrosis and carcinogenesis associated with UC.Meanwhile,therapeutic drugs targeting the Nrf2 signaling pathway have been exten-sively studied.This article summarized the research progress of the Nrf2 signaling pathway in UC.
