摘要

目前非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的患病率逐年上升,且合并多方面的疾病.研究发现NAFLD的进展与内质网应激(endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)密不可分.ERS是机体介导错误折叠蛋白以维稳细胞状态的一种自我调节方式,适当的ERS有助于细胞稳态调节.但在长期刺激下,可引起脂质代谢紊乱、炎症反应、胰岛素抵抗、氧化应激等以参与NAFLD的进程.本文通过分析ERS如何干预脂质代谢紊乱、炎症反应、胰岛素抵抗、氧化应激等相关过程,从而为NAFLD的研究提供一定的思路.

Abstract

The prevalence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is increasing year by year,combined with various diseases.It have found that the progression of NAFLD is closely related to endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS).The ERS is a self-regulatory mode in which the body can mediate misfolded proteins to maintain a stable cell state,and proper ERS contributes to cell homeostatic regulation.However,under long-term stimulation,it can cause lipid metabo-lism disorder,inflammation,insulin resistance,oxidative stress and so on to participate in the process of NAFLD.This paper analyzed how ERS can interfere with lipid metabolism disorders,inflammatory response,insulin resistance,oxida-tive stress and other related processes,so as to provide some ideas for the study of NAFLD.
