硫唑嘌呤在自身免疫性肝病中的应用研究进展

摘要
自身免疫性肝病(autoimmune liver disease,AILD)主要是免疫功能障碍所引起的一类慢性肝病,免疫抑制治疗是AILD的主要药物治疗方案,而硫唑嘌呤在AILD中应用广泛,本文介绍了硫唑嘌呤在AILD中的作用机制,同时归纳了在AILD中包括自身免疫性肝炎、原发性胆汁性胆管炎、原发性硬化性胆管炎、IgG4相关性硬化性胆管炎,以及重叠综合症等各个疾病中的具体应用,总结该药物临床应用的不良反应以及应用的局限性,为临床AILD的治疗提供思路.
Abstract
Autoimmune liver disease(AILD)is a special type of chronic liver disease caused by immune dysfunc-tion.Immunosuppressive therapy is the main drug treatment for AILD,and Azathioprine is widely used in AILD among immunosuppressive agents.This paper introduced the mechanism of action of Azathioprine in AILD.At the same time,the specific applications in AILD including autoimmune hepatitis,primary biliary cirrhosis,primary sclerosing cholangi-tis,IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis,overlapping syndrome and other diseases were summarized.The side effects and limitations of the clinical application of this drug were summarized,providing ideas for clinical treatment of AILD.
