摘要
腺苷信号通路是一种广泛存在于人体内的信号调节枢纽,参与了机体细胞的能量供给等一系列生理过程.CD73是嘌呤腺苷通路中一个备受关注的信号蛋白,近年来其在肿瘤发生发展及预后过程中的作用越来越受到重视,尤其是肝细胞癌(hepatocel-lular carcinoma,HCC)领域.CD73在肿瘤微环境下对肝癌的发生、发展、转移具有重要意义,本文着重对CD73介导的腺苷信号通路在肿瘤微环境下原发性肝癌进展过程中的作用机制进行综述,并对CD73作为肝脏恶性肿瘤潜在治疗靶点进行总结,为肝细胞癌的临床诊疗提供新启发.
Abstract
Adenosine signaling pathway is a widely existing signal regulation hub in human body,which is involved in a series of physiological processes such as energy supply of body cells.CD73 is a signaling protein in purine adeno-sine pathway,and its role in tumor development and prognosis has attracted more and more attention in recent years,es-pecially in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).CD73 plays an important role in the occurrence,development and metas-tasis of liver cancer in the tumor microenvironment.This paper focused on reviewing the mechanism of action of CD73-mediated adenosine signaling pathway in the progression of primary liver cancer in the tumor microenvironment,and summarized CD73 as a potential therapeutic target for liver cancer,providing new insights for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HCC.
