An eight-year therapeutic experience and follow-up of Thalidomide in the treatment of one case of intractable gastrointestinal bleeding due to vascular malformation of the small intestine
Observations report on the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Thalidomide in treating a patient with persistent gastroin-testinal bleeding due to vascular malformation of the small intestine.This report analyzed the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment plan of the case,and discussing the maintenance time,the patient eventually achieved satisfactory treatment outcomes.Through studying this case,we aim to enhance understanding and improving the diagnosis and treatment of this condition,thereby reducing the occurrence of gas-trointestinal bleeding.
