摘要
EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)引起的消化系统疾病范围广泛,包括病毒性食管炎、EBV 相关胃癌、EBV+黏膜皮肤溃疡、慢性肝炎及移植术后淋巴组织增生性疾病等,并促进炎症性肠病临床病程恶化,本文针对与 EBV 相关的消化系统疾病的最新进展进行综述.
Abstract
Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)causes a wide range of digestive system diseases,including viral oesophagitis,EBV-associated gastric cancer,EBV+mucosal skin ulcers,chronic hepatitis and post-transplant lymphoproliferative dis-orders,and contributes to the worsening of the clinical course of inflammatory bowel disease.This article provided a re-view of the latest advances in digestive system diseases associated with EBV.
