Factors influencing infiltration depth of early gastric cancer
In recent years, with the changes of people's dietary structure and other factors, the prevalence of gastro-intestinal tumors has been increasing.Among them, gastric cnacer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system. The rapid development of electronic gastroscopy in our country has provided great help for the diagnosis of early gastric cancer(EGC).Therefore,it is of great significance to accurately discuss the influencing factors of the infiltration depth of EGC for selection of treatment methods and judgment patients'prognosis.Through reading a large number of literatures,we have summarized the factors affecting the depth of invasion of EGC.We found that the depth of invasion of EGC may be affected by a variety of factors, including age and gender of patients, tumor location,pathologi-cal type, size and number of tumors, lesion characteristics, and H.pylori infection. However,it was found that gender and age had no statistically significant effect on the depth of invasion of EGC,and whether the location of tumor had an effect on the depth of invasion was still controversial.Intestinal gastric cancer, histological type, tumor diameter≥2 cm,ulcerative type, and H.pylori infection all affected the depth of invasion of EGC.Therefore, this article aimed to review the influencing factors of invasion depth of EGC,in order to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of EGC.
