胃癌发病率和死亡率均位于全球癌症前十,但由于早期胃癌无明显症状、早期病变难以识别、内镜医师在检测病变时缺乏经验,致使早期癌症的检出率较低.由于人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)在内镜医师检查过程中能进行实时反馈,近年来 AI 被越来越多地应用于内镜检查,如良恶性疾病的鉴别、浸润深度的预测、病变面积的测量等,在内镜医师检查性能及规范内镜医师操作方面均有帮助,有助于评估个体进展风险和指导治疗决策.本文就 AI在胃癌内镜诊断中的研究进展作一综述.
Progress in artificial intelligence in the endoscopic diagnosis of gastric cancer
The incidence and mortality of gastric cancer are among the top 10 cancers in the world,but the detection rate of early cancer is low due to the lack of obvious symptoms of early gastric cancer,the difficulty of identification of early lesions,and the lack of experience in detecting lesions by endoscopists.Due to artificial intelligence(AI)in the process of endoscopic examination can be real-time feedback,AI is more and more used in endoscopy in recent years.Such as the identification of benign and malignant diseases,the prediction of infiltration depth,measurement of the le-sion area,etc.,in endoscopic physicians examination performance and specification endoscopic operation are helpful,help to assess individual progress risk and guide treatment decisions.This paper reviewed the progress of AI in the endo-scopic diagnosis of gastric cancer.
