摘要
肝衰竭是临床上常见的严重肝病症候群,属内科危急重症之一,免疫反应在肝衰竭发病过程占据主导作用.一直以来,乳酸作为肝衰竭的治疗和预测靶点未引起足够多的重视.自"组蛋白乳酸化"概念出现以来,乳酸在免疫反应和免疫逃逸上体现出巨大的前景.所以,靶向乳酸可能是解决肝衰竭免疫紊乱和能量代谢失常的可靠媒介.本文从乳酸与免疫反应的关系出发,阐述乳酸代谢及其化合物与免疫调节的串扰关系及其在肝衰竭诊疗中的意义,以期为肝衰竭的认识和治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
Liver failure is a common clinical syndrome of severe liver disease,which belongs to one of the critical medical conditions.Immune response plays a dominant role in the pathogenesis of liver failure.Lactic acid as a target for the treatment and prediction of liver failure has not attracted enough attention.Since the emergence of the concept of″histone lactation″,lactic acid has shown great prospects in immune response and immune evasion.Therefore,targeted lactic acid may be a reliable mediator for addressing immune dysregulation and energy metabolism disorders in liver fail-ure.In this paper,based on the relationship between lactic acid and immune response,the influence mechanism of lac-tic acid metabolism and its compounds on immune cross-talk and its significance in the diagnosis and treatment of liver failure were expounded,aimed to provide new insights into the understanding and treatment of liver failure.
