浅表性食管鳞状细胞癌内镜下非治愈性切除的研究进展

摘要
食管癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,严重危害居民生命健康,我国主要以食管鳞状细胞癌为主.近年来,随着内镜技术的发展,早期食管癌及癌前病变通过内镜下切除已广泛应用于临床,但不可避免的会出现非治愈性切除,此时往往需要密切随访或进一步治疗,导致患者及家属的心理及经济负担加重.本文就浅表性食管鳞癌内镜下非治愈性切除的研究作一概述.
Abstract
Esophageal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in our country,which seriously endangers the life and health of residents.Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is the main type in our country.In recent years,with the de-velopment of endoscopic technology,endoscopic resection of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions has been widely used in clinical practice.However,non-curative resection is inevitable,which often requires close follow-up or further treatment,resulting in increased psychological and economic burden on patients and their families.This article reviewed the study on endoscopic non-curative resection of superficial esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
