具核梭杆菌与食管癌的研究进展

摘要
食管癌是最恶性的消化道疾病之一,目前其发病的病因尚不明确.在食管癌患者的癌症组织中检测到高水平的牙周病细菌,其中具核梭杆菌(Fusobacterium nucleatum)丰度显著偏高.具核梭杆菌是一种存在于口腔中的人体微生物群的组成部分,它会导致牙周疾病,也与人类癌症的发展有关.之前有相当研究集中在具核梭杆菌与结直肠癌的关系,本文对具核梭杆菌与食管癌的关联性及影响机制进行综述.
Abstract
Esophageal cancer is one of the most malignant gastrointestinal diseases.At present,the etiology of esophageal cancer is not clear.High levels of periodontal disease bacteria were detected in cancer tissues of patients with esophageal cancer,in which the abundance of Fusobacterium nucleatum was significantly higher.Fusobacterium nuclea-tum is a component of the human microflora that exists in the oral cavity,which can cause periodontal disease and is also related to the development of human cancer.Previous studies have focused on the relationship between Fusobacterium nucleatum and colorectal cancer.In this paper,the relationship and mechanism between Fusobacterium nucleatum and esophageal cancer were reviewed.
