摘要

原发性胆汁性胆管炎(primary biliary cholangitis,PBC)是一种以胆管特异性损伤为特征的慢性自身免疫性疾病,在疾病早期就出现小叶间胆管和间隔胆管的炎症和破坏.miR-506的过表达导致碳酸氢盐伞受损,毒性胆汁酸和自身免疫损伤胆管上皮细胞(biliary epithelial cells,BEC),胆管细胞衰老,释放SASP、VDR表达降低,肠道微生物群的改变,免疫细胞的激活均导致炎症持续和纤维化,促进病程进展.本文阐述了胆管上皮细胞损伤的研究进展,以寻找新的治疗靶点.

Abstract

Primary biliary cholangitis(PBC)is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by bile duct specific in-jury.Inflammation and destruction of interlobular bile duct and septal bile duct occur in the early stage of the disease.Over-expression of miR-506 leads to the damage of bicarbonate umbrella,bile acid toxicity and autoimmune damage to biliary epithelial cells(BEC),the aging of bile duct cells,the decrease of SASP and VDR expression,the change of intestinal microflora and the activation of immune cells all lead to persistent inflammation and fibrosis,which promote the progress of the disease.This paper expounded the research progress of bile duct epithelial cell injury in order to find new therapeutic targets.
