摘要
胃恶性黑色素瘤是一种罕见病,约占所有皮肤外黑色素瘤的1％.其发病机制尚不清楚,临床表现缺乏特异性,确诊时超过60％的患者存在淋巴结转移.因此,早期诊断较为困难.目前对其认识主要依靠个案报道,至今尚未形成统一的诊疗共识.本研究报道了 1例胃恶性黑色素瘤的诊疗经过,并对相关文献进行复习,旨在提高临床医师对该病的认识,从而为其精准治疗提供一定的依据.
Abstract
Gastric malignant melanoma is a rare disease,accounting for approximately 1％of all extracutaneous melanomas.The patho-genesis of gastric malignant melanoma is still unclear,and it's clinical manifestations lack specificity.More than 60％of patients have lymph node metastasis at the time of diagnosis.Therefore,it's difficult to diagnose early.Currently,our understanding of it mainly relies on case reports,and so far,there is no unified consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of gastric malignant melanoma.This study reported the diag-nosis and treatment of a case of gastric malignant melanoma,and reviewed the related literature,in order to improve clinicians'understanding of it and provide some basis for it's precise treatment.
