Gastric malignant melanoma:one case report and literature review
Gastric malignant melanoma is a rare disease, accounting for approximately 1%of all extracutaneous melanomas. The patho-genesis of gastric malignant melanoma is still unclear, and it's clinical manifestations lack specificity.More than 60%of patients have lymph node metastasis at the time of diagnosis. Therefore,it's difficult to diagnose early.Currently, our understanding of it mainly relies on case reports, and so far, there is no unified consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of gastric malignant melanoma. This study reported the diag-nosis and treatment of a case of gastric malignant melanoma, and reviewed the related literature,in order to improve clinicians'understanding of it and provide some basis for it's precise treatment.
