摘要
糖尿病患者的胰腺外分泌功能不全(pancreatic exocrine insufficiency,PEI)对其生活质量产生负面影响.目前,针对糖尿病患者 PEI的诊疗规范尚不完善.本文旨在从糖尿病患者 PEI的病因和发病机制、临床表现、检测与诊断、治疗策略等多个维度,对糖尿病患者 PEI的诊疗现状进行综合评述,以期深入探讨胰酶替代疗法在改善糖尿病患者 PEI相关消化道症状方面的效果.
Abstract
Pancreatic exocrine insufficiency(PEI)in diabetic patients negatively affects their quality of life.Cur-rently,the diagnostic and treatment guidelines for PEI in diabetic patients are not well-established.This article aimed to comprehensively review the current status of PEI diagnosis and treatment in diabetic patients from various dimensions,including the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,detection and diagnosis,treatment strategies of PEI in diabetic patients.The goal is to deeply explore the effects of pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy in improving gastro-intestinal symptoms related to PEI in diabetic patients.
