摘要
法尼醇X受体(farnesoid X receptor,FXR)是胆汁酸的受体之一,同时也是一种依赖配体转录因子,其在调控机体的胆汁酸稳态和免疫反应方面发挥着关键作用.FXR激活异常可使胆汁酸代谢紊乱和炎症途径失调,并可引发多种肠道疾病.本文概述了FXR在肠道疾病发病中的机制及 FXR激动剂起到的作用,以期为这些疾病的临床诊治提供参考依据.
Abstract
Farnesoid X receptor(FXR),one of the bile acid receptors and a ligand-dependent transcription factor,plays an important role in regulating bile acid homeostasis and immune responses.Abnormal activation of FXR expres-sion can lead to disturbance of bile acid metabolism and dysregulation of inflammatory pathways,inducing a variety of intestinal diseases.In this paper,we briefly reviewed the possible roles of FXR in pathogenesis of intestinal diseases and the role played by FXR agonists,with the aim of providing a reference for clinical management.
