Relationship between lifestyle, intestinal flora and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become a global health problem, its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated, and many factors have been found to be closely related to the disease.Intestinal flora is the largest microecosystem in human body, which can participate in the development of diseases through various axes and metabo-lites.Lifestyle includes many aspects such as clothing, food, housing and transportation, among which changing diet and exercise can affect the control or treatment of a variety of diseases.Lifestyle changes are considered to be one of the main driving forces regulating the composition of intestinal flora. With the emergence of more evidence,we found that li-festyle,intestinal flora and NAFLD are closely related, and the association between the three may become a new target for the treatment of NAFLD.
