Behcet's disease is a multi-system vascular involvement systemic autoimmune disease with unknown etiology.Due to the insid-ious onset,diverse clinical manifestations and the lack of specificity,most patients have been diagnosed with oligoorgan dysfunction.This ar-ticle reported a patient with Behcet's disease,who onseted with gastrointestinal symptoms and went through a tortuous process of diagnosis and treatment.We hope that the majority of doctors will learn from it,quickly identify the disease early,grasp the clinical development law of various organs,pay attention to the possible complications,and strive for early intervention and prevention and treatment of complications.
