肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的预防、早期监测或诊断,仍是亟需解决的医学界难题,因为现有HCC诊断标志物早期监测价值有限.肝细胞恶性转化与多种信号通路激活密切相关.近年除非编码RN A(non-coding RNAs,ncRNAs)外,在慢性肝病恶性转化时,高迁移率族蛋白3(high mobility group box 3,HMGB3)、Wnt通路中Wnt3a、分泌型簇蛋白(secretory cluster protein,sCLU)、血管生成素-2(angiopoietin-2,Ang-2)、高尔基蛋白 73(Golgi protein 73,GP73)和磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-3(glypican-3,GPC-3)等信号分子异常升高,与肝细胞恶性转化进展正相关.本文述评了部分具有监测肝细胞恶性转化相关信号分子及其临床价值.
Clinical values of embryonic carcinoma signal molecules in monitoring malignant transformation of hepatocytes
The prevention,early monitoring and diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is still a difficult problem in the medical field,because the current diagnostic markers for HCC are of limited value.The malignant trans-formation of hepatocytes is closely related to the activation of various signaling pathways.In recent years,except for non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs),high mobility group box 3(HMGB3),Wnt3a in the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,secretory clus-ter protein(sCLU),angiopoietin-2(Ang-2),Golgi protein 73(GP73)and glypican-3(GPC-3)signaling molecules,it is abnormally elevated in the malignant transformation of chronic liver diseases with carcinoembryonic feature,which are positively correlated with the progression of HCC.This article reviewed the clinical values of some signal molecules for monitoring hepatocyte malignant transformation.
