Application of Complex Intelligent Control Algorithm for Constant Temperature Control System
Aiming at the problems in the traditional constant temperature control system such as time -consuming regulation,the difficulty of adjusting parameters and failure control effect,the complex intelligent control algorithm is presented in this paper.It is obtained on the basis of optimization for traditional incremental PID algorithm,combining with the technologies of the first valve close,tempera-ture slope control and valve tracking.The system has the function of self -adaptive computing parameters for different regions and climate conditions.It is conducted rapidly and has anti -interference ability,so the set temperature can be got within a very short time and the temperature overshoot can be restrained effectively for constant temperature water.
