感应熔炼炉炉衬损耗监测系统设计

为进一步消除炼钢和铸造行业中机械生产和加工设备的安全隐患,基于感应接触式炉衬损耗监测技术,设计一种炉衬损耗监测系统.该系统在感应熔炼炉运行过程中实时采集感应圈回路与中间金属层回路的电流值,根据两回路电流值判断感应熔炼炉是否出现炉衬损耗,评估损耗状况,并在回路电流值达到设定阈值后及时发出对应的信号提醒工作人员.经实验验证表明,系统能够提升炉衬损耗监测的可靠性,同时提高了熔炼炉生产的安全性以及工作人员对炉衬损耗状况判断的便利性.
Design of Lining Loss Monitoring System for Induction Melting Furnace
In order to further eliminate the potential safety hazards of mechanical production and processing equipment in steelmaking and foundry industries,a lining loss monitoring system is designed based on induction contact monitoring technology.The system collects the current values of the induction coil loop and the intermediate metal layer loop in real time during the operation of the induction melting furnace,judges whether there is lining loss in the induction melting furnace according to the current values of the two loops,evaluates the loss situation,and sends out corresponding signals in time to remind workers when the current values of the loops reach the set threshold.The experimental results show that the system can improve the reliability of lining loss monitoring,improve the safety of smelting furnace production and facilitate the staff to judge the lining loss.
