本智能小车系统以STC89C52 单片机为核心,结合电源、信号检测、驱动、摄像等模块进行设计.系统通过信号检测模块的信号发射器发射红外信号,接收器接收到障碍物的反射信号,传输至单片机进行处理,从而控制两台发动机进行速度和方向的调节.为智能小车配备无线摄像传输模块,可与手机终端进行连接,将图像信息实时传送到手机终端,以观察小车所在位置的环境信息.经实际测试,结果表明该系统的各项功能正常,稳定性较好,操作简便而直观,具有良好的应用价值.
Design of Smart Cart Obstacle-Crossing Detection System Based on Single-Chip Microcomputer
A smart cart system is designed with STC89C52 as the core,combined with power supply,signal detection,driving,camera and other modules.The system transmits infrared signals through the signal transmitter of the signal detection module,and the receiver receives the reflected signals of obstacles and transmits them to the single-chip microcomputer for processing,thus controlling the two engines to adjust the speed and direction.The smart cart is equipped with a wireless camera transmission module,which can be connected with the mobile phone terminal and transmit the image information to the mobile phone terminal in real time to observe the environmental information of the cart.The actual test results show that the system works well and has good stability,simple and intuitive operation and good application value.
