针对当前封闭式PLC控制实训装置封闭式、模块化、模拟性强等缺点,研究和设计了一种开放式PLC控制实验实训装置.详细介绍装置的整体设计思路及硬件系统输入输出、外围设备的设计,以及实训项目开发、虚拟仿真平台设计等方面的研究过程.通过开放式实训平台,模拟企业实际生产现场,将自动化相关技术融合一体,在实现设计功能的基础上,更能够培养使用者自动化相关专业技能及分析问题、解决问题的能力,提高实践和知识创新能力.本设计对于同类装置设计具有一定的参考意义.
Design and Research of Open PLC Control Experiment Practical Training Device
Aiming at the shortcomings of the current closed PLC control training device,such as closed,modular and strong simulation,an open PLC control experimental practical training device is studied and designed.The overall design idea of the device,the design of hardware system input/output and peripheral equipment,and the research process of training project development and virtual simulation platform design are introduced in detail.Through the open training platform,the actual production site of an enterprise is simulated,and the automation-related technologies are integrated.Based on the realization of the designed function,it can better cultivate users'automation-related professional skills,analyze and solve problems,and improve their practice and knowledge innovation capabilities.The design has certain reference significance for the design of similar devices.
