Improvement of LEACH Protocol in Wireless Sensor Networks
In order to improve the performance of classic LEACH routing protocol and solve the related problems caused by too concentrated cluster head nodes in the selection process,the selection of cluster head and the communication between cluster head and base station in LEACH protocol are optimized.The algorithm principle of LEACH is analyzed in detail in principle,and an improved LEACH routing algorithm is proposed on the basis.The improved algorithm considers the residual energy and spatial position of nodes in the process of cluster selection,and transmits data in multi-hop mode in the stable data transmission stage.The simulation experiment by MATLAB shows that the improved LEACH algorithm is helpful to reduce the energy consumption of nodes and prolong the life cycle of network nodes.
