传统跌落式熔断器由于工作机制原理限制存在一定的固有缺陷,在一定程度上影响了配网故障隔离,为克服此类缺陷,进一步减小故障区间,提高线路重合闸成功率,减少客户受累停运情况的发生,结合当前配网发展一二次融合的要求,提出一种新型的、参数可调的配网开关系统.该系统基于SCM320单片机,采用冗余设计,由多模块构成,以实现快速智能断电功能.在硬件、软件设计基础上进行点火驱动信号、绝缘及开断实验,结果表明该系统在智慧配网开关设备中具有可行性,且有助于提高供电可靠性,对于智慧电网的建设和发展具有一定的参考和应用价值.
Design of Smart Quick Disconnect Switch System Based on SCM320
Due to the limitation of working mechanism and principle,the traditional drop fuse has some inherent defects,which affect the fault isolation of distribution network to a certain extent.In order to overcome such defects,further reduce the fault interval,improve the success rate of line reclosing and reduce the occurrence of customer outage,a new type of distribution network switch system with adjustable parameters is proposed in combination with the requirements of current distribution network development.The system is based on SCM320 single chip microcomputer,adopts redundant design and consists of multiple modules,so as to realize quick and intelligent disconnect function.Based on the hardware and software design,the ignition driving signal,insulation and disconnection experiments are carried out.The results show that the system is feasible in smart distribution network switchgear,and it is helpful to improve the reliability of power supply,which has certain reference and application value for the construction and development of smart grid.
