智能学习桌升降系统关键技术研究

针对智能学习桌升降系统在使用中存在的问题,对现有产品加以改进,提出一种智能学习桌系统的设计方案.新设计引入超声波测距控制转台,实现升降系统所需调整高度的自动检测.作为关键技术,根据升降系统的工作特点,引入编码单元,采用位置环闭环的方式以及积分分离PID控制策略,进一步优化升降系统调节过程.通过实验验证了该方案的合理性.本方案实现的智能学习桌设计简单,成本低廉,适用性广,可为同类产品的设计开发提供思路.
Research on Key Technology of Smart Study Desk Lifting System
Aiming at the issues existing in the use of smart study desk lifting system,a design scheme of smart study desk system is put forward to improve the existing products.The new design introduces the ultrasonic ranging to control the turntable to realize the automatic detection of the height required for the lifting system.As a key technology,according to the working characteristics of the lifting system,the encoding unit is introduced,and the position loop closed loop method and integral separation PID control strategy are adopted to further optimize the adjustment process of the lifting system.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by experiments.The smart study desk realized by the scheme is simple in design,low in cost and wide in applicability,which can provide ideas for the design and development of similar products.
