基于数字PWM控制的Buck型DC/DC变换器设计

为解决集成电路生产成本随半导体制造工艺进步而升高的问题,尤其针对传统模拟架构DC/DC变换器中的电阻、电容、运算放大器等模块面积大、功耗高、稳定性差等问题,设计一款基于数字PWM调制buck型DC/DC变换器.设计基于CSMC 0.18µm BCD工艺,使用Verilog硬件描述语言设计数字PID补偿器,在VCS+XA数模混合仿真环境下进行仿真验证.仿真结果表明在不同PVT条件以及不同负载下,输出纹波较低,输出电压稳定,实现了低成本、高鲁棒性的设计目标.
Design of Buck DC/DC Converter Based on Digital PWM Control
In order to solve the problem that the production cost of integrated circuits increases with the progress of semiconductor manufacturing technology,especially for the problems of large area,high power consumption and poor stability of resistors,capacitors and operational amplifiers in traditional analog architecture DC/DC converters,a buck DC/DC converter based on digital PWM modulation is designed.The design is based on CSMC0.18 μm BCD process,and the digital PID compensator is designed with Verilog hardware description language,which is verified by simulation in the mixed simulation environment of VCS+XA.The simulation results show that the output ripple is low and the output voltage is stable under different PVT conditions and different loads,and the design goal of low cost and high robustness is realized.
