Design of Buck DC/DC Converter Based on Digital PWM Control
In order to solve the problem that the production cost of integrated circuits increases with the progress of semiconductor manufacturing technology, especially for the problems of large area, high power consumption and poor stability of resistors, capacitors and operational amplifiers in traditional analog architecture DC/DC converters,a buck DC/DC converter based on digital PWM modulation is designed. The design is based on CSMC0.18 μm BCD process, and the digital PID compensator is designed with Verilog hardware description language, which is verified by simulation in the mixed simulation environment of VCS+XA.The simulation results show that the output ripple is low and the output voltage is stable under different PVT conditions and different loads, and the design goal of low cost and high robustness is realized.
