Research on Code Generation and Application of Pure Electric Loader Based on Simulink
With the continuous advancement of pure electric loader technology and the increasing complexity of systems,traditional manual programming methods can no longer meet the demands for effici-ent and precise development of electric control systems.This paper proposes an automatic code generation method for real-time control systems of pure electric loaders based on Simulink.Utilizing TC1784/TC1797 as the CPU of the controller,a low-level driver architecture is established,and a multifunctional embedded control unit algorithm model is constructed on the Simulink platform.Through one-click operation,embedded code that can run on the controller platform is automatically generated,achieving real-time whole-machine control system development for pure electric loaders.Practical application verification demonstrates that this method is not only feasible and accurate but also significantly shortens the development cycle and reduces the cost of subsequent code maintenance.It provides strong support for the efficient development and optimization of pure electric loaders.
