摘要
输尿管膀胱再植术是治疗输尿管膀胱连接部梗阻(VUJO)的标准术式.2003年,国外首先报道机器人辅助腹腔镜输尿管膀胱再植术(RALUR).近20年来,RALUR在国内外已经广泛应用.与传统的开放和腹腔镜手术相比,RALUR具有明显的优势,能缩短手术时间,减少围手术期并发症,成为治疗UVJO的新选择.为此本学组召开专家讨论会组织编写了本共识,对RALUR的适应证、常用手术方式、围手术期注意事项等临床应用的关键问题进行了详细阐述.
Abstract
Ureteral reimplantation is the standard surgical procedure for treating ureterovesical junction obstruc-tion(UVJO).Robot-assisted laparoscopic ureteral replantation(RALUR)was firstly reported in 2003.In the past 20 years,RALUR has been widely used both domestically and internationally.Compared with traditional open and lapa-roscopic surgeries,RALUR has significant advantages in shortening surgical time,reducing perioperative complica-tions,and becoming a new choice for treating UVJO.For this reason,our study group held an expert discussion and organized the compilation of this consensus,which elaborated on key clinical application issues such as the indica-tions,commonly used surgical methods,and perioperative precautions of RALUR.
