摘要
本文回顾性分析了行国产图迈手术机器人辅助腹腔镜尿路修复重建手术患者7例,其中输尿管狭窄段切除再吻合3例,肾盂成型3例,膀胱瓣输尿管成型术 1例.均顺利完成手术,无中转腹腔镜及开放手术.无Clavien≥Ⅱ级并发症发生,无器械相关不良事件发生,充分说明了国产图迈手术机器人在尿路修复重建手术中安全可行.
Abstract
In this paper,we retrospectively analyzed 7 cases of patients who underwent domestic Tumai surgical robot assisted laparoscopic urethral repair and reconstruction,including 3 cases of anastomosisof ureteral stenosis,3 cases of pyeloplasty,and 1 case of vesical valve ureteroplasty.All the operations were successfully completed without conversion to laparoscopy or open surgery.No Clavien≥Ⅱ complications occurred and no instrument-related adverse events occurred,which fully demonstrated the safety and feasibility of domestic Tumai surgical robot in urinary tract repair and reconstruction surgery.
